Martin van Zomeren is pleased to present ‘Everything rhymes with your condition’, Lucy Stein’s (b. 1979, Oxford) second solo presentation
at the gallery. Stein was an artist in residence at De Ateliers, Amsterdam (2004-2006). Recent solo exhibitions include ‘Breakfast’, Broadway 1602, New York and ‘Creemie Myopic Fables’ Gimpel Fils, London (2009). Stein was the recipient of the Queen’s Painting Prize GEM, The Hague, (2006) and is currently one of the Jerwood Contemporary
Painters Prize winners.
